Ruff Tūporo is committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers. For all purchases, we agree to:

  • Meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
  • Resolve any issues for damaged or faulty items within our scope of control. In the event you receive items damaged by shipping or any other reason, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods.
  • Being a small, family-operated business we can’t support returns for change of mind.
  • Items will not be shipped until full payment is received.
  • Shipping typically takes 3-5 working days, custom items delivery times will be communicated.
  • Shipping is free throughout all of Aotearoa with the exception of some of our larger blocks. This will be stated in the description of the item.
  • All shipping will be tracked.
  • Your privacy is important to us, and your details will not be shared or used in any other way beyond order fulfilment for our business.
