- Our Macrocarpa Butcher blocks can handle any brisket, meat or veggie, with a nice deep juice groove on the topside and some real fat leather handles so you can easily pick your board up from any flat surface.
- No end grain wood or glue to cut into, just one slab of real solid wood!
- Our Macrocarpa boards are milled locally
- We lightly dress each board, maintaining the milling process (saw marks), giving you a unique finish
- All our boards are oiled with a food safe blend using a heated, 2 step process for maximum penetration and protection of the wood.
