- No end grain wood, no glue to cut into, just one slab of real solid wood!
- Our Brisket boards can handle any meat, designed with a nice deep juice groove on the topside and some finger friendly grooves on the underside so it can be easily picked up
- Our Macrocarpa is grown, sourced and made in Aotearoa, New Zealand
- We lightly dress each board, maintaining the milling process (saw marks) giving you a unique finish
- All our blocks are oiled using a special heated blend of natural food safe oil and raw beeswax giving maximum penetration and protection
- Variations in colour, size, grain, markings and defects give all of our wood products a unique finish and effect
- We also create custom sizes upon request
