- This large Brisket board can handle any meat and veg, designed with a nice deep juice groove on the topside and carved out finger grooves on the underside for easy transporting
- This beautiful board has its cutting face made from the mighty native kauri and the edges are made from our native rimu
- This has been grown, sourced and hand-crafted in Aotearoa, New Zealand
- Nail holes, cracks, dings and small amounts of bora are just some of the characteristics these ancient woods may contain. These have either been naturally treated, filled or reinforced if we have seen the need to do so, always mindful of maintaining their original character
- Variations in colour, size, grain, saw marks and defects give all of our wood products a unique finish and effect
- All our boards and blocks are sealed with a special heated oil/wax blend for maximum penetration and protection of the wood which is done in two stages. This blend is 100% organic and food safe
