- Our XXL Macrocarpa Brisket blocks can handle any large brisket or meat, with a nice deep juice groove on the topside and some real fat leather handles so you can easily pick your board up from any flat surface.
- No end grain wood, no glue to cut into, just one slab of real solid wood!
- Our Macrocarpa boards are milled by a local sawmill
- We lightly dress each board, maintaining the milling process (saw marks) giving you a unique finish
- All boards are oiled using a 2 step process
